Where are you located?

While I started my business in Columbia, MO, we are now based in Lansing, MI.

Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the US. However, if you would like to order internationally you can send us an email at deepseadaydreams@gmail.com for a shipping quote.

Do you sell wholesale?

I'd be happy to discuss wholesale orders! Email deepseadaydreams@gmail.com to chat more about it.

Do you offer in person pick-up?

Unfortunately not at this time. But we do offer free shipping regardless of distance on all domestic orders over $50!

Will you be at {vendor event}?

I am not planning on attending any craft shows or other vendor events at this time but you can follow @deepseadaydreams for updates when I do start going to shows again!

How can I smell your candles before buying?

This is the biggest downside of selling candles online. BUT I'm working on a unique solution that I think you'll love. Follow @deepseadaydreams on instagram or Facebook to stay in the know!

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

While refunds and returns are not offered, exchanges will be offered at our discretion for products damaged in transit.

Please take photos of the damaged product and reach out to deepseadaydreams@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

If approved, we will send you an exact replacement so long as the item is still in stock.

What if my order was misdelivered or stolen?

We cannot offer replacements for missing or stolen items.

Please choose a safe and secure delivery address and double check that your address is correct and complete before placing your order.
